In an environment where the industry regulator is taking a pro-active approach towards ensuring agents are fulfilling all their obligations David will dive into the often considered compliance issues of Minimum Standards, Mandatory Disclosures and Safety Checks, and then we will go further to look at all compliance concerns for Property Management businesses from the commencement of a client journey at signing of the authority and should be included through to marketing, leasing, bonds and condition reports, right through to vacate and handling of the bond. This is a must attend session to understanding the law and best practice to protect both your client and your business from the risk of CAV action.
