In the changing world of property management the quality of our evidence and its presentation is now more important than ever. During this content filled morning you will learn what you should focus on for evidence, what not to include, and how to prepare and present the evidence to maximise your chance of success. We will then put you through your paces with the knowledge you have learned as you will split into teams to prepare your evidence for a scenario and then present to VCAT facing a well prepared renter.
