The Victorian parliament has recently passed legislation which will amend the Residential Tenancies Act. There are a number of amendments that both property managers and rental providers need to know and understand to minimise their risks.
In this informative webinar we will revisit the 2024 changes to the minimum standards then we will take a look at what changes have been passed this year amending the Residential Tenancies Act, what you need to do, and what does this mean as a Residential Rental Provider and/or a property manager. This is merely an introduction as much of the detail will be contained in regulations which have not been made yet.
